FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • At the outset, we will set you up with a dedicated Trello board. You can add all of your tasks in order of priority. We will then move the tasks from the ‘To Do’ to ‘Doing’ to ‘Done’ board as we work through them one at a time. You can add, subtract, and re-prioritise tasks as much as you like. Plus, we're always on hand to discuss your specific needs.

  • After we have moved the task to the ‘Done’ column in your Trello board and sent you the deliverable, you will have a chance to review and comment. While we await your feedback, we will get started on the next task. Once you’re ready with your comments, add it back into the ‘To Do’ column, and we will keep revising and tweaking as many times as you like.

  • We understand that sometimes you may not have enough tasks to fill the entire month, or you may be waiting for external feedback after we finish everything on your board.

    If this happens, simply let us know and we’ll happily pause your subscription until you’re ready to start again.

    For example, if we’ve gotten through everything that you needed to do and it’s only the 22nd day of your billing cycle, we can pause, and you will still have eight more days remaining when you’re ready to restart.

  • Of course! We’re happy to work within the style-guide that you currently have, or to help you develop your own branding if required.

  • You own it, of course! Just like having an in-house designer, anything we create for you is yours to do with as you please.

    In fact, all of our designs are intended to be used and reused so that you can get the maximum mileage out of them.

  • If for any reason you’re not 100% happy with the service, we will refund you in full for the month, regardless of how many of the tasks on your list we have already completed.

  • Whilst readily available templates can be convenient, they often lack the customization needed to truly reflect your unique brand and the specific needs of your clients. This is especially true when trying to maintain brand consistency of across multiple documents (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, InDesign, etc.)

    Moreover, off-the-shelf documents tend to undermine the unique selling point offered by independent consultants like yourself which is that you offer highly-personalised, boutique and tailored services to your clients.
